Requirements
F&B Operation Manager: Minimum of 10 years of robust experience in food and beverage operations.
Storekeeper: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in inventory and store management.
Assistant Storekeeper: Ability to assist in warehouse duties and manual logistics.
Location: Candidates must be inside Kuwait only (Local Hiring).
Availability: Ready for immediate joining upon selection.
Responsibilities
Operations Manager: Overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring quality standards, and managing staff performance.
Storekeeper: Managing stock levels, conducting inventory audits, and ensuring the seamless flow of supplies.
Asst. Storekeeper: Supporting the storekeeper in loading/unloading, organizing the warehouse, and maintaining cleanliness.
General: Upholding the professional standards of TEKKA LUMEE and contributing to a positive team atmosphere.

المتطلبات
مدير عمليات الأغذية والمشروبات: خبرة قوية لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في عمليات المطاعم.
أمين المخزن: خبرة مثبتة من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في إدارة المخزون والمخازن.
مساعد أمين المخزن: القدرة على المساعدة في مهام المستودع والخدمات اللوجستية اليدوية.
الموقع: يجب أن يكون المتقدمون من داخل الكويت فقط (تعيين محلي).
الجاهزية: الاستعداد للالتحاق الفوري بالعمل عند الاختيار.
المسؤوليات
مدير العمليات: الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للمطاعم، ضمان معايير الجودة، وإدارة أداء الموظفين.
أمين المخزن: إدارة مستويات المخزون، إجراء جرد دوري، وضمان التدفق السلس للتوريدات.
مساعد أمين المخزن: دعم أمين المخزن في عمليات التحميل والتنزيل، تنظيم المستودع، والحفاظ على النظافة.
عام: الالتزام بالمعايير المهنية لمطاعم تكة لومي والمساهمة في خلق بيئة عمل إيجابية.
