Responsibilities
Fashion Designer: Conceptualize and design sophisticated collections that align with the brand’s luxury identity.
Tailor: Execute precise sewing and finishing for high-end women’s garments with impeccable attention to detail.
Master / Fabric Cutter: Interpret patterns and execute precision cutting of luxury fabrics to ensure perfect fit and minimal waste.
Embroidery Technician: Create intricate hand or machine embroidery designs that enhance the aesthetic value of the pieces.
Maintain a clean, organized, and creative atelier environment.
Requirements
Location: Candidates must be currently residing within Kuwait only.
Proven experience in luxury women's wear or haute couture.
Strong technical skills specific to the applied role (sewing, cutting, designing, or embroidery).
A keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of high-end fabric handling.
Ability to work collaboratively within a professional creative team.

المسؤوليات
مصمم الأزياء: ابتكار وتصميم مجموعات راقية تتماشى مع الهوية الفاخرة للعلامة التجارية.
الخياط: تنفيذ عمليات الخياطة والتشطيب الدقيق للملابس النسائية الراقية مع اهتمام فائق بالتفاصيل.
القصاص (Master): ترجمة البترونات وتنفيذ قص دقيق للأقمشة الفاخرة لضمان القياس المثالي وتقليل الهدر.
فني التطريز: ابتكار تصاميم تطريز يدوية أو آلية معقدة تعزز من القيمة الجمالية للقطع.
الحفاظ على بيئة عمل نظيفة ومنظمة وإبداعية داخل الأتيليه.
المتطلبات
الموقع: يجب أن يكون المتقدمون مقيمين حالياً داخل دولة الكويت فقط.
خبرة مثبتة في مجال الأزياء النسائية الفاخرة أو الـ "Haute Couture".
مهارات فنية قوية خاصة بالدور المتقدم إليه (خياطة، قص، تصميم، أو تطريز).
عين ثاقبة للتفاصيل وفهم عميق للتعامل مع الأقمشة الراقية.
القدرة على العمل التعاوني ضمن فريق إبداعي محترف.
