Job Responsibilities
- Generate quotes from various sources like Corporate Houses , Public sector & Private companies, Individuals, Non Govt Organizations etc as a per sale activity.
- Raise quote request forms to design and estimation department based on the customer’s requirements /consultants drawings in order to get the cost of project.
- Prepare a Techno-commercial offer for submitting to customers
- Negotiate with customers and finalize the jobs
- Send the required documents and signed contracts etc to head office
- Coordinate with customer and head office to get drawings, and despatch of material
- Collection of payments and acceptable letter of credits to complete the jobs
Planning Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- Maintaining the company Master Planning Database for the Projects by collecting all the relevant information required about multiple projects on a regular basis
- Prepare and maintain Engineering, Production, and Shipment Plans
- Raise timely orders for job specific items as per the Master Planning Database
- Maintain proper inventory levels based on current inventory, historical/future usage, and forecast demand for the Raw Materials
- Work closely with purchasing organization to assure on time delivery of Raw Materials, Accessories, and Job Specific items to the Manufacturing
- Analyse and report backlog
- Generate reports for the management as and when required
QC Inspector
Job Responsibilities
- 1. Ensure every project requirements are strictly followed by shop.
- 2. Follow the job ITP / QP requirements.
- 3. Establish new procedures, new methods where needed and get approval.
- 4. Suggest (or) Develop new and better fixtures.
- 5. Thorough knowledge of engineering structural drawing, Erection drawing produced on Auto cad, BOCAD.
- 6. To perform inspection where ever needed or as directed by the supervisor, inclusive of subcontract.
- 7. Capable of reporting, issuing & closing of nonconformance reports.
- 8. Knowledge of MBMA, AISC tolerances.
