• Senior AP/AR Accountant (Oracle ERP Specialist)

Key Responsibilities

• Oracle AP Management: Oversee the matching of invoices with POs/Contracts, manage high-volume payment runs (Cheque, TT, Wire), and ensure seamless vendor disbursements.

• Oracle AR Lifecycle: Manage the complete receivables cycle, including K-Net/Link reconciliations, Customer LC/LG handling, and the preparation of Credit Loss provisions.

• Financial Integrity: Perform subledger-to-GL reconciliations, handle legal disputes, and manage unapplied cash/adjustments.

• Reporting & Close: Lead month-end/year-end closing activities, prepare aging reports, and generate cash forecasts and commitment reports.

• Audit & Optimization: Provide full documentation for internal/external audits and spearhead Oracle workflow improvements and automation.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a Senior role.

• Technical Mastery: Strong, hands-on experience with Oracle ERP (Payables & Receivables modules) is mandatory.

• Industry Context: Previous experience in the Construction or Engineering background is highly preferred.

• Location: Candidates must be currently residing in Kuwait.

انضم إلى فريق الشؤون المالية في واحدة من كبرى شركات المقاولات المرموقة في الكويت. نحن نبحث عن خبير محاسبي متخصص في نظام Oracle ERP ليتولى الإشراف الكامل على دورتي الحسابات الدائنة والمدينة. في هذا الدور، ستكون مسؤولاً عن ضمان دقة المدفوعات والتحصيلات، وتحسين تدفقات العمل التقنية، ودعم عمليات التدقيق والتقارير الاستراتيجية.

المسمى الوظيفي

• كبير محاسبين (حسابات دائنة ومدينة) – متخصص Oracle ERP

المسؤوليات

إدارة كاملة لوحدات الحسابات الدائنة والمدينة على نظام Oracle، مطابقة الفواتير مع العقود، إدارة عمليات الدفع (شيكات وحوالات)، معالجة تحصيلات الـ K-net والروابط البنكية، إجراء مطابقات الأستاذ العام، وإعداد تقارير الأعمار والتدفقات النقدية، بالإضافة إلى إدارة خطابات الضمان (LG) والاعتمادات المستندية (LC).

المتطلبات

• بكالوريوس محاسبة أو تمويل.

• خبرة 5 سنوات فأكثر (منها سنتان على الأقل في دور قيادي/كبير محاسبين).

• إتقان تام لنظام Oracle ERP.

• يفضل بشدة من لديه خبرة سابقة في قطاع المقاولات والإنشاءات.
