Job Responsibilities
- • Immediately on receipt of the information, inform the customer that the vehicle is ready. As much as possible the job details & costs should be informed on the phone. Confirm the delivery date/time and explain the advantage of coming on time. Log the call in Kerridge CRM module.
- • Great the customers upon arrival and explain to him/her what job have been done and charges for each job. Also inform the customers which of the complaints have not been attended (if any) and why. Explain the findings, characteristics and any report using the job card made available before customer arrival.
Technical Advisor
Job Responsibilities
- Providing effective and accurate technical assistance and technical advice to the service centre’s received technical concern and issue in order to achieve excellent fix it right first time score
- Performing actual hard-to-diagnose, troubleshooting and hard-to-repair along with the concern technician as required
- Assisting in preparing technical report to be submitted to manufacturer if needed
- Other duties as directed by the immediate superior or persons in similar positions
Customer Service Representative

- •Welcomes customers and ushers them to the lounge area

- • فور استلام المعلومات، أبلغ العميل بأن السيارة جاهزة. قدر الإمكان، يجب إبلاغه بتفاصيل العمل والتكاليف عبر الهاتف. أكد موعد التسليم واشرح له أهمية الالتزام بالموعد. سجل المكالمة في نظام إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM) الخاص بشركة كيريدج.
- • استقبل العملاء عند وصولهم واشرح لهم الخدمات التي تم إنجازها وتكلفة كل خدمة. أبلغهم أيضًا بالشكاوى التي لم يتم التعامل معها (إن وجدت) وسبب ذلك. اشرح لهم النتائج والخصائص وأي تقرير باستخدام بطاقة العمل المتوفرة قبل وصولهم.
