Responsibilities
Field Leadership: Direct and oversee civil construction activities on-site, ensuring strict adherence to KNPC standards and project specifications.
Safety Management: Enforce rigorous Oil & Gas safety protocols (HSE) to maintain a zero-incident work environment.
Resource Coordination: Manage manpower, equipment, and materials to hit daily progress targets and minimize downtime.
Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections of civil works, including foundations, structural elements, and earthworks, ensuring they meet engineering blueprints.
Reporting: Maintain accurate daily site logs and coordinate progress updates between the site team and project management.
Requirements
Industry Experience: Mandatory proven experience in Oil & Gas projects (experience specifically with KNPC is a major plus).
Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of civil engineering drawings, structural specifications, and site leveling.
Communication: Ability to lead multinational workforces and communicate effectively with engineers and safety officers.
Residency: Must be currently based in Kuwait with a transferable visa (Article 18).
