Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Oversight: Manage all procurement activities for raw materials, ingredients, and F&B-related supplies.
Strategic Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with both local and international suppliers.
Inventory Optimization: Ensure stock availability while maintaining lean inventory levels to reduce wastage.
Financial Management: Monitor budgets, analyze costs, and implement effective cost-saving strategies.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central link between the kitchen, warehouse, finance, and operations teams.
Compliance: Ensure all sourced materials meet the highest quality and safety standards.
Requirements
Language: Bilingual (Fluency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written, is mandatory).
Industry Experience: Proven track record in Supply Chain and Procurement specifically within the F&B Industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a strong advantage).
