Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations, ideally within luxury retail, electronics, or home automation.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM/ERP systems.
Leadership: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on management style.
Linguistic Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Requirements

إدارة الاستفسارات: التعامل مع المكالمات الهاتفية رفيعة المستوى وتوجيه الاستفسارات إلى الأقسام المعنية بسرعة ودقة.
الدعم الإداري: إدارة مستندات صالة العرض، وتحديث سجلات الزوار، ودعم فريق المبيعات بالمهام الإدارية الأساسية.
الإتقان الرقمي: استخدام تطبيقات الكمبيوتر لإدارة المواعيد، بيانات نظام الـ CRM، والتقارير الداخلية.
تنسيق الأجواء: ضمان بقاء بيئة صالة العرض في أبهى صورة وبما يتماشى مع معايير العلامة التجارية في جميع الأوقات.
