Key Responsibilities
Guest Relations: Greet clients warmly, manage check-ins/check-outs, and ensure a seamless salon experience.
Appointment Management: Efficiently handle bookings via phone, WhatsApp, and salon software.
Customer Service: Provide detailed information about salon services, treatments, and retail products.
Administrative Tasks: Manage the reception desk, process payments, and maintain a clean and organized front-office area.
Coordination: Act as the primary link between clients and beauty therapists to ensure smooth transitions between appointments.
Requirements
Nationality: Filipino Only (as per specific team requirements).
Experience: Minimum 4 years of proven experience in a similar role (Salon or Hospitality experience is a major plus).
Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Attributes: Hardworking, punctual, and highly committed to customer satisfaction.
Visa Status: Must hold a Transferable Visa (Article 18).
Location: Based in Kuwait and able to work in the Al-Bidaa area.
