Responsibilities
Scheduling Excellence: Assist the Senior Planning Engineer in creating and maintaining detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare comprehensive progress reports, recovery schedules, and high-quality meeting documents.
Commercial Support: Assist in the preparation of tender documents and project invoices to ensure financial and operational alignment.
Software Integration: Utilize AutoCAD, Excel, and other technical suites to support planning and visualization tasks.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics).
Technical Skills: Competent level operation of Primavera P6 (including cross-platform operations).
Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, specifically in a business and technical context.
Availability: Ability to join within 2 months (exceptions may be considered).
Experience: Fresh Graduates are welcome; however, internship or apprenticeship experience in construction is an advantage.
Software Literacy: Adept at AutoCAD, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and MS Word.
