Targeted specializations
The association welcomes specialists in the following fields:
The financial sector: accounting and finance.

Joining Requirements
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in the private sector (and 3 to 7 years for IT specializations).
Academic qualification: Priority will be given to Kuwaiti and Gulf nationals holding university degrees.
Age: The applicant must not be older than 35 years.
Languages and Skills: Full proficiency in English and computer programs, with exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
Professional background: Applicants from outside the private sector will be considered for experience within highly reputable organizations.

متطلبات الانضمام
الخبرة: خبرة من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في القطاع الخاص (و3 إلى 7 سنوات لتخصصات الـ IT).
المؤهل العلمي: الأولوية لحملة الشهادات الجامعية من الكويتيين والخليجيين.
العمر: ألا يتجاوز سن المتقدم 35 عاماً.
اللغات والمهارات: إجادة تامة للغة الإنجليزية وبرامج الحاسب الآلي، مع امتلاك مهارات تواصل وعمل جماعي استثنائية.
الخلفية المهنية: سيتم النظر في خبرات المتقدمين من خارج القطاع الخاص في حال كانت ضمن مؤسسات ذات كفاءة عالية.
