ضمان الجودة: فحص الخردة والمواد الخام لضمان استيفائها للمعايير الصناعية الصارمة ومتطلبات التركيب.
التصميم الهندسي: ابتكار وتحسين تصميمات الدلفنة لضمان مخرجات عالية الجودة في عمليات الطحن.
التحليل المختبري: إجراء اختبارات كيميائية وميكانيكية دقيقة للتحقق من سلامة المواد وجودة المنتج.
التحكم الإداري: الاحتفاظ بسجلات بيانات رقمية دقيقة لدعم الشفافية التشغيلية وإعداد التقارير.
المتطلبات
الخبرة الفنية: خبرة مثبتة في الدور الصناعي المحدد المتقدم إليه (مثل التصنيع، فحص المختبرات، أو تشغيل الكرينات).
الشهادات: يفضل بشدة وجود رخص قيادة سارية لمشغلي الكرينات ودبلومات فنية ذات صلة للأدوار الهندسية والمخبرية.
الدقة: قدرة قوية على تحديد عيوب المواد (للمفتشين) أو الحفاظ على دقة عالية في البيانات (لمدخلي البيانات).
