WE ARE HIRING
Claims Engineer (Legal Affairs Department)
Key Responsibilities:
Claims Follow-up & Coordination.
- Follow up claims with departments, law firms & claims offices
- Documentation & Court Preparation
- Prepare and submit claim documents for court
- Arrange responses to court requests with project teams
- Review court letters and technical/legal issues
- Attend court hearings when required
Archive & Compliance
- Maintain proper claims documentation and archiving
- Supervise claims archive
- Comply with company policies & HSE guidelines
Qualifications & Experience:
- : Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in claims / contract management

مهندس مطالبات (قسم الشؤون القانونية)
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
متابعة المطالبات والتنسيق.
- متابعة المطالبات مع الإدارات ومكاتب المحاماة ومكاتب المطالبات
التنسيق بين مكاتب المطالبات ومديري المشاريع
- التوثيق والتحضير للمحكمة
- إعداد وتقديم مستندات الدعوى للمحكمة
- التنسيق مع فرق المشروع للاستجابة لطلبات المحكمة
أنشطة المحكمة والمراجعة
- مراجعة الرسائل القضائية والمسائل الفنية/القانونية
- حضور جلسات المحكمة عند الاقتضاء
الأرشفة والامتثال
- الحفاظ على توثيق المطالبات وأرشفتها بشكل سليم
- الإشراف على أرشيف المطالبات
- الالتزام بسياسات الشركة وإرشادات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة
المؤهلات والخبرة:
- بكالوريوس في الهندسة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال إدارة المطالبات / العقود
