We are looking for a young, energetic, and highly organized Facility Coordinator to manage our corporate housing and infrastructure. Facility Coordinator
Responsibilities
Housing Management: Furnish, distribute, and organize housing units for employees and managers according to approved company plans.
Procurement: Negotiate and procure furniture, appliances, and accommodation at the best costs while securing favorable payment terms.
Employee Logistics: Manage airport arrivals for new staff, providing a professional escort and welcome to their designated housing.
Safety & Compliance: Monitor the housing facilities to report any violations or hazards to the line manager immediately.
Contract Administration: Oversee rental contracts, renewals, and all utility payments including electricity and water.
Maintenance Oversight: Schedule and supervise all repair work and maintenance to ensure the facility and building equipment remain fully operational.
Requirements
Education: Minimum High School qualification or above.
Communication: Good interpersonal and communication skills to deal with staff and suppliers.
Mobility: Candidates with a valid Kuwaiti driving license and a personal car are highly preferred.
Residency: Must hold a Transferable Visa (Article 18) and be available for immediate joining.
Personal Attributes: Energetic, reliable, and capable of managing multiple maintenance schedules simultaneously.

منسق مرافق (Facility Coordinator)
المسئوليات
إدارة السكن: تأثيث وتوزيع وتنظيم الوحدات السكنية للموظفين والمديرين وفقاً لخطط الشركة المعتمدة.
المشتريات: تفاوض وشراء الأثاث والأجهزة والسكن بأفضل التكاليف مع تأمين شروط دفع جيدة من الموردين.
لوجستيات الموظفين: استقبال الموظفين الجدد في المطار ومرافقتهم إلى سكنهم المخصص عند الطلب.
السلامة والالتزام: مراقبة مرافق السكن للإبلاغ عن أي مخالفات أو مخاطر للمدير المباشر فوراً.
إدارة العقود: متابعة عقود الإيجار وتجديداتها وكافة مدفوعات المرافق بما في ذلك الكهرباء والماء.
الإشراف على الصيانة: جدولة والإشراف على جميع أعمال الإصلاح والصيانة لضمان بقاء المرافق ومعدات المباني تعمل بكفاءة كاملة.
المتطلبات
التعليم: شهادة الثانوية العامة كحد أدنى.
التواصل: مهارات تواصل جيدة للتعامل مع الموظفين والموردين.
التنقل: يفضل بشدة المرشحون الذين يمتلكون رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية وسيارة خاصة.
الإقامة: يجب أن يكون المتقدم من حاملي إقامة قابلة للتحويل (مادة 18) ومستعداً للمباشرة فوراً.
