Responsibilities

Hospital Costing: Lead the comprehensive costing process for all hospital departments, services, and medical procedures.
Financial Analysis: Oversee cost allocation, absorption methods, and detailed profitability analysis to drive efficiency.
Strategic Support: Support the development of pricing strategies, insurance tariffs, and the costing of medical packages.
Cost Control: Design and implement initiatives aimed at monitoring and driving cost control across various clinical and administrative sectors.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Experience: A minimum of 6 years specifically in hospital or healthcare costing at a senior level.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
System Knowledge: Proven experience working with Hospital ERP and HIS (Hospital Information Systems).

المسؤوليات

تكاليف المستشفى: قيادة عملية حساب التكاليف الشاملة لجميع أقسام المستشفى والخدمات والإجراءات الطبية.
التحليل المالي: الإشراف على تخصيص التكاليف، وطرق الامتصاص، وتحليل الربحية التفصيلي لرفع الكفاءة.
الدعم الاستراتيجي: دعم تطوير استراتيجيات التسعير، وتعرفات التأمين، وحساب تكاليف الباقات الطبية.
ضبط التكاليف: تصميم وتنفيذ مبادرات تهدف إلى مراقبة وضبط التكاليف عبر مختلف القطاعات الإكلينيكية والإدارية.

المتطلبات

المؤهل العلمي: بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو التمويل.
الخبرة: الحد الأدنى 6 سنوات خبرة متخصصة في حساب تكاليف المستشفيات أو الرعاية الصحية في مستوى إداري/سنيور.
المهارات التقنية: إتقان متقدم لبرنامج Microsoft Excel (أمر إلزامي).
المعرفة بالأنظمة: خبرة مثبتة في التعامل مع أنظمة ERP وأنظمة معلومات المستشفيات (HIS).
