VRV AC Technician
- JOB OBJECTIVE: Ensure all AC installation/maintenance Jobs are carried out as directed by the Trade Foreman.
- Execute precision preventive maintenance tasks as per the established PPM schedule, ensur-ing all VRF/VRV systems operate within manufacturer specifications.
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical failures. Able to use specialized software and manifold tools to interpret system data and identify root causes of efficiency loss or equip-ment failure.
- Ability to read and interpret complex electrical circuit diagrams and piping schematics.
- Perform high-level repairs including PCB replacements, DC fan motor overhauls, and com-pressor replacements (including brazing & welding under nitrogen purge).
- Conduct pressure testing and vacuum dehydration. Ensure refrigerant recovery and charging are handled in strict accordance with environmental regulations.
- Lead the installation, addressing, and commissioning of indoor/outdoor units, centralized controllers, and BMS/BACnet integration interfaces.
- Ability to work effectively within a maintenance team and provide clear guidance or men-torship to junior technicians and assistants.
- Education: Diploma in HVAC/Refrigeration, or equivalent technical qualification.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HVAC maintenance, with at least 3 years specifically focused on VRF/VRV systems (e.g., Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, or Samsungl.

فني تكييف هواء VRV
- الهدف الوظيفي: ضمان تنفيذ جميع أعمال تركيب/صيانة أجهزة التكييف وفقًا لتوجيهات رئيس العمال.
- تنفيذ مهام الصيانة الوقائية الدقيقة وفقًا لجدول الصيانة الوقائية المحدد، مع ضمان تشغيل جميع أنظمة VRF/VRV ضمن مواصفات الشركة المصنعة.
- تشخيص الأعطال الميكانيكية والكهربائية المعقدة. القدرة على استخدام برامج متخصصة وأدوات متعددة لتفسير بيانات النظام وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية لفقدان الكفاءة أو تعطل المعدات.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير مخططات الدوائر الكهربائية المعقدة ومخططات الأنابيب.
- إجراء إصلاحات عالية المستوى تشمل استبدال لوحات الدوائر المطبوعة، وإصلاح محركات مراوح التيار المستمر، واستبدال الضواغط (بما في ذلك اللحام بالنحاس واللحام تحت التطهير بالنيتروجين).
- إجراء اختبارات الضغط والتجفيف بالتفريغ. ضمان التعامل مع استعادة غاز التبريد وإعادة شحنه وفقًا للوائح البيئية الصارمة.
