Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise large-scale construction and engineering projects from inception to completion.

• Oversee material selection, HVAC systems, security integration, and architectural integrity.

• Ensure all site activities comply with international safety standards and local Kuwaiti regulations.

• Coordinate with stakeholders and subcontractors to maintain seamless project workflows.

Requirements

• Site Engineer: Minimum 12 years of field experience.

• Senior Architect: Minimum 15 years of architectural design and leadership experience.

• Materials Engineer: Minimum 12 years of experience in construction material testing and quality.

• Security Systems Engineer (Electrical): Minimum 10 years of experience specializing in ELV and security integration.

• HVAC Engineer (Senior Mechanical): Minimum 15 years of experience in large-scale mechanical systems.

• Proven experience in the Kuwaiti or GCC construction market is highly preferred.
