Responsibilities

• Financial Documentation: Handle invoice booking for non-material items as well as local and foreign shipments.

• Payment Processing: Manage payments for local and overseas suppliers via Cheques and Telegraphic Transfers (TT).

• Operational Accounting: Process rent invoices and handle staff expense reimbursements efficiently.

• Record Keeping: Oversee cash clearing and ensure systematic filing of payment vouchers and costing sheets.

• Inventory & Sales: Assist in periodic inventory cycle counts and reconcile various workshop sales (including warranty, non-warranty, and refurbished items).

Requirements

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance.

• Experience: Proven track record in Accounts Payable & Receivable.

• Technical Skills: Strong attention to detail and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Visa Status: Candidates must be currently residing in Kuwait with a Transferable Visa.
