1. Civil Engineer (Project Manager)

Job Code: Eng 001

As a Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind our site operations, ensuring that structural and finishing works are executed to the highest standards while maintaining seamless coordination between all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight: Manage and coordinate all on-site activities to ensure project timelines and quality benchmarks are met.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary link between suppliers, contractors, and design teams to ensure a smooth workflow.
Client Relations: Liaise directly with clients to manage expectations and ensure project satisfaction.
Technical Office: Lead technical office operations, including submittals, progress reports, and design-to-implementation follow-ups.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in structural and finishing works specifically within Kuwait.
Seniority: Graduation year must be 2014 or earlier.
Professional Status: Must be registered with the Kuwaiti Society of Engineers.
Logistics: Driving license and personal car are highly preferred.

2. Architectural Draftsman

We are looking for a detail-oriented Draftsman to bridge the gap between architectural concepts and physical reality through high-quality technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce accurate Shop Drawings and As-Built architectural drawings.
Develop detailed plans using advanced drafting software to support site implementation.
Coordinate with the engineering team to reflect site changes in technical drawings.

Requirements:

Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience within construction companies or engineering offices in Kuwait.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling software.
Language: Good command of the English language.
Logistics: Must possess a valid Kuwaiti driving license.

Mandatory Requirements for All Positions

Residency: Open to residents currently living in Kuwait only.
Visa Status: Must hold a Transferable Visa (Article 18).
Availability: Able to join immediately.

سنة التخرج: 2014 أو ما قبلها.
المتطلبات: عضوية جمعية المهندسين الكويتية، خبرة كاملة في أعمال المكتب الفني، والقدرة على التنسيق بين التصميم والتنفيذ.

2. رسام معماري (Architectural Draftsman)

الخبرة: من 5 إلى 10 سنوات داخل شركات المقاولات أو المكاتب الهندسية في الكويت.
المهارات: إتقان الـ Shop Drawings و الـ As-Built باستخدام AutoCAD و Revit و 3D.
اللغة: إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
