Responsibilities
For Quality & Patient Safety Coordinator:
Continuous Improvement: Coordinate quality improvement projects and patient safety initiatives across all hospital departments.
Data Intelligence: Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights for clinical excellence.
Problem Solving: Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for any safety-related incidents.
For Infection Control Coordinator:
IPC Leadership: Oversee the Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) program to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Compliance: Ensure all hospital activities strictly adhere to Kuwait MOH regulations and international IPC protocols.
Surveillance & Education: Conduct regular infection surveillance and lead training sessions for nursing and medical staff on latest prevention techniques.
Requirements
For Quality & Patient Safety Coordinator:
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years specifically in healthcare quality and patient safety.
Skills: Strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis, and expert problem-solving abilities.
For Infection Control Coordinator:
Background: Must have a strong Nursing background.
Experience: Minimum of 3–5+ years in Infection Prevention and Control (IPC).
Knowledge: Deep understanding of MOH regulations and IPC standards.
