Continuous Casting Machine/Caster Operator
Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs Tundish Preheating including operation of Preheater, Refractory Inspection, Nozzle cleaning and CNC cylinder checking.
- Performs dummy bar preparation, centering and installation of quick sealing device.
- Conducts mold packing, setting all controls to ready cast position, mold inspection and oil flow test.
- Carries out tundish preparation for casting such as nozzle cleaning, tundish centering, nozzle bottom plugging and nozzle filling.
- Performs ladle receiving activities like slide gate cylinder fixing/removal, ladle cover placing/removal, ladle shroud cleaning and re-attachment and ladle teeming throughout the casting period.
- Performs mold tendering including slag fishing, mold level checking, wetting nozzle cleaning, nozzle changing, metal splashes cleaning and monitor abnormal oscillation.
- Carries out manual cutting of billets during cutting torch failures, emergency billet evacuation during breakout and early disconnection.
Mechanical Technician - Steel Melting Plant
Duties may include but will not be limited to:
- Carrying out maintenance activities (preventive and corrective maintenance) as per SAP work order and giving back proper feedback.
- Inspection of responsible/allocated area equipment, reporting any abnormality to the higher level and recording it in the logbook and checklists in SAP.
- Correcting the identified abnormalities under the supervision of the superior.
- Attending breakdowns, minimizing delays and unplanned shutdowns.
- Implementing & following the instructions from the management.
- Coordinating with other departments and working as a team.
- Carrying out daily shift activities and following through with the problems.
- Proper maintenance of equipment/facilities and carrying out repair works and keeping spares ready.
- Studying the system, proper tools handling, safekeeping and working effectively to reduce the maintenance cost.
Electronic Specialist
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in electronic systems, automation, PLC programming, and control theory.
- Experience working with measurement instruments, sensors, and control systems commonly used in the steel industry.
Skills:
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electronic equipment and systems
- Familiarity with SCADA systems, HMI design, and data analysis tools
- Effective communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Finishing Area Assistant
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures compliance to documented ISO-9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 Integrated Management System requirements.
- Complies with company rules and regulations.
- Complies with the Operation Manuals of all Finishing End Area equipment and sub-units (CB Rakes, Roller Tables, Cold Shears, Transferring and Collection Devices, Counting Bed table, Bundling and Weighing Units, etc.) to ensure productive, efficient and safe operation.
Mechanical Technician - Rolling Mills
Duties may include but will not be limited to:

الواجبات والمسؤوليات
- يقوم بتسخين حوض الصب بما في ذلك تشغيل جهاز التسخين المسبق، وفحص المواد المقاومة للحرارة، وتنظيف الفوهات، وفحص أسطوانات التحكم الرقمي الحاسوبي.
- يقوم بإعداد قضيب التثبيت، وتوسيطه، وتركيب جهاز الإغلاق السريع.
- يقوم بتعبئة القالب، وضبط جميع عناصر التحكم على وضعية الصب الجاهزة، وفحص القالب واختبار تدفق الزيت.

أخصائي إلكترونيات
خبرة:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في الأنظمة الإلكترونية، والأتمتة، وبرمجة وحدات التحكم المنطقية القابلة للبرمجة (PLC)، ونظرية التحكم.
- خبرة في العمل مع أدوات القياس وأجهزة الاستشعار وأنظمة التحكم الشائعة الاستخدام في صناعة الصلب.
مهارات:
- إتقان عملية استكشاف أعطال المعدات والأنظمة الإلكترونية وإصلاحها
- الإلمام بأنظمة SCADA، وتصميم واجهات المستخدم الرسومية، وأدوات تحليل البيانات

- يتوافق مع كتيبات التشغيل لجميع معدات منطقة التشطيب النهائية والوحدات الفرعية (مجارف CB، طاولات الأسطوانات، مقصات التبريد، أجهزة النقل والتجميع، طاولة عد السرير، وحدات التجميع والوزن، إلخ) لضمان التشغيل الإنتاجي والفعال والآمن.
