Responsibilities
Operational Excellence: Coordinate all bookings, shipments, and essential documentation for international trade.
Rate Negotiation: Negotiate competitive freight rates with shipping lines, overseas agents, and local vendors to ensure cost-efficiency.
Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing accurate quotations and real-time shipment updates.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks or shipment delays to ensure on-time delivery.
Partnership Management: Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with global partners and service providers.
Requirements
Experience: 1–3+ years of proven experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of Kuwaiti freight procedures and customs regulations.
Communication: Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a dedicated customer-focused mindset.

المسؤوليات
تنسيق الحجوزات والشحنات والوثائق، التفاوض على أسعار الشحن مع الخطوط والوكلاء، تقديم الكوتشينات وتحديثات الشحن للعملاء، وحل أي مشكلات تقنية أو إجرائية لضمان انسيابية العمل.
الشروط
خبرة من سنة إلى 3 سنوات في مجال الشحن والخدمات اللوجستية، فهم قوي للإجراءات الجمركية في الكويت، إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (ويفضل العربية)، ومهارات عالية في التواصل والتنظيم.
