Qualifications

Main Duties and responsibilities:
- • To welcome and receive guests by greeting them as per the standards.
- • To ensure proficient and professional food & beverage service to the guests by meeting and also exceeding their expectations.
- • Deliver unprecedented personalization. Offer discreet recognition. Connect with guests’ passions and create memorable experiences.
- • Maintain high visibility ‘on the floor’ and provide assistance to our guests in a pro-active way
- • Liaise and communicate effectively with all departments to ensure seamless transfer of information takes place
Housekeeping Attendant
Qualifications
- Ideally with a relevant diploma or professional certification in Hospitality or Tourism management.

Qualifications
- At least 1-year work experience as Commis I or 2 years as Apprentice in a hotel or restaurant with good standards.

- Basic food hygiene knowledge or completed HACCP foundation course would be an added advantage.
- Hands on experience with the basics of Cuisines like – Indian / Arabic / Continental.
AC Technician
Main Duties and responsibilities:
• To fully understand the principles of Refrigeration & Air Conditioning and apply them in practice.
• To regularly inspect air conditioning compressor units and effect maintenance and repairs as necessary.
• To maintain charging equipment, refrigeration test equipment and A/C tools in good condition.

- مهارات الطهي الأساسية - يفضل وجود خبرة عمل في مطبخ ساخن / مطبخ بارد / مطبخ حسب الطلب.
- إن الإلمام بأساسيات سلامة الغذاء أو إكمال دورة HACCP التأسيسية سيكون ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة عملية في أساسيات المطابخ مثل – الهندية / العربية / العالمية.
فني تكييف الهواء
الواجبات والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:
• فهم مبادئ التبريد وتكييف الهواء بشكل كامل وتطبيقها عملياً.
• إجراء فحص دوري لوحدات ضاغط تكييف الهواء وإجراء الصيانة والإصلاحات حسب الضرورة.
• الحفاظ على معدات الشحن ومعدات اختبار التبريد وأدوات تكييف الهواء في حالة جيدة.
