Key Accountabilities & Activities
- Develop data governance policies, processes and standards in alignment of data governance strategy, roadmap, vision and provided guidance.
- Support in implementing data governance strategies, policies and implementation of roadmap.
- Collaborate and work closely with different data stakeholders, departments, and business units to achieve Data Governance requirements.
- Analyze and prepare presentations and gap analysis related to data governance.
Executive, B2B verification - Phono
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- B2B verification: Verification of all documents from finance for all New B2B companies for OK
- Ensuring that all companies onboarded are genuine and credit worthy,
- Identifying risks with new companies and accordingly providing decision of accepting/rejecting to B2B
- Ensuring all TTs raised for verification is closed as per SLAs and no delays happens
- Ensuring that B2B KYC is followed for documentation for CPR and EPR.
- Checking any repeated irregular fraudulent pattern in KAM or customer behaviour for obtaining OK good and services
- Ensuring credit given to new and existing companies is as per their credit worthiness and payment behaviour. This involves checking financial performance, history, capital, market standing etc. of the companies
- Risk Identification and Assessment: Identify high-risk areas and Implement data mining and analytics techniques to uncover patterns and anomalies.
Executive, Retail Store Business & Consumer
Key Accountabilities & Activities
- Provides information on Ooredoo Kuwait products and services and refers queries which are beyond knowledge or technical expertise to Help Desk.
- Sell Ooredoo Kuwait products and services as per Ooredoo Policies and take the opportunity to up-sell, where possible to meet sales targets and objectives.
- Seek the opportunity to up-sell and cross -sell, where possible to meet Ooredoo Kuwait objectives that serve targeted segments

Senior Engineer Demand & Delivery Management
The Role
- Responsible for understanding and analyzing business requirements and converting them into technical requirements and providing end to end solution.
- Technology Single Point of Contact with business units to understand the requirements and provide optimum solutions in cost effective and improved time to market.
- Responsible to facilitate all Digital Initiatives of the company
- Responsible to adapt Agile and DevOps concepts to improve Time to Market

Key Accountabilities and Activities
- Provide 2nd level support for B2C team.
- Provide efficient support for B2B customers over the phone with to first call resolution KPI.
- Follow-up on progress of complaints settlement with departments involved, and ensure regular information is shared with customers.
- Get the customer confirmation before closing any trouble ticket & provide proper conclusion on remedy system.
- Adhere to Call Center KPIs and defined service levels sat on employee yearly objectives.Respond to all received mails from B2B customers seeking support and assistance.
- Contacting the customer if more details are required & ensure to reply him with the ticket number.
