Job Description
- Provides courteous service to customers by operating the switchboard according to standards.
- Communicates clearly and courteously.
- Demonstrate fluency in the use of equipment.

- Assists customers make long distance calls by instructing them on the appropriate procedures and/or placing calls for them.

- Inspects guest room for adequate supplies and informs guests of room amenities.

- Delivers faxes, messages, packages etc. for guests, and undertakes any other requests to ensure their comfort.
- Pages guest in lobby or other areas as needed.
