Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage construction activities.
- Monitor project progress, costs, and timelines.
- Supervise site operations and ensure safety compliance.
- Communicate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Prepare reports and handle project documentation.
Quantity Surveyor
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
- 5-10 years of Relevent Experience.
- Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Civil Engineer – Precast Factory (Production/Structural / QC / QS / )
Key Responsibilities (Role-Based)
- Digitize physical documents and upload them into the approved E-Archiving / EDMS system
- Classify and index documents as per approved filing structure

مدير المشروع
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تخطيط وتنسيق وإدارة أنشطة البناء.
- مراقبة تقدم المشروع وتكاليفه وجداوله الزمنية.
- الإشراف على عمليات الموقع وضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة.
- التواصل مع العملاء والمهندسين والمقاولين من الباطن.

متطلبات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في مسح الكميات أو الهندسة المدنية.
- خبرة ذات صلة من 5 إلى 10 سنوات.
- يجيد استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت إكسل، وأوتوكاد، وبرامج تقدير التكاليف.
- مهارات تحليلية وتواصلية قوية.
مهندس مدني - مصنع الخرسانة مسبقة الصب (الإنتاج/الإنشاءات/مراقبة الجودة/تحديد الكميات)
المسؤوليات الرئيسية (حسب الدور الوظيفي)
- رقمنة المستندات الورقية وتحميلها إلى نظام الأرشفة الإلكترونية/نظام إدارة المستندات الإلكترونية المعتمد
- تصنيف وفهرسة المستندات وفقًا لهيكل الملفات المعتمد
- ضمان دقة ووضوح واكتمال المستندات
- الحفاظ على نظام التحكم في إصدارات المستندات وسجلات التدقيق
- ضمان السرية والتحكم في الوصول إلى السجلات
- استرجاع المستندات عند الطلب ضمن الأطر الزمنية المتفق عليها
- تطبيق سياسات الاحتفاظ بالوثائق والتخلص منها
مصمم داخلي
متطلبات:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مشاريع التصميم الداخلي للمكاتب الخاصة والتجارية
- الخبرة في إدارة المشاريع الحكومية شرط أساسي
- ثنائي اللغة (يفضل إجادة العربية والإنجليزية)
- يشترط وجود رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول
