Logistics Coordinator.
Responsibilities
- 1. Work closely with suppliers, carriers, clearance teams and internal teams to optimize shipping processes and ensure timely delivery of goods
- 2. Experienced in Kuwait Import Regulatory Laws with emphasis to DG & NON-DG category of goods
- 3. Knowledge of all export and import regulatory laws and compliance with related to shipping and logistics across the GCC region
- 4. Arrange transportation of both "Individual and Consolidated shipments", including selecting carriers, negotiating rates, and preparing shipping documentation
- 5. Verify and compile all import expense including freight, custom duties, government tariffs, insurance charges of all shipping activities
- 6. Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the local clearance processes such as customs clearance delays or carrier problems
- 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in shipping logistics to continuously improve processes and efficiency
- 8. Relationship and Rapport building
- 9. Experienced in drafting Contracts and Agreements
Requirments
- 1. Proven Experience in shipping logistics
- 2. Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, customs procedures, and international shipping practices
- 3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- 4. Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining shipping records and documentation.
- 5. Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively
- 6. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed
- 7. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in transportation and logistics

Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring: Manage the full talent acquisition cycle, from posting adverts on social media and portals to sourcing, screening, and conducting orientations for new hires.
HR Administration: Maintain precise physical and digital employee records, draft official contracts and certificates, and manage attendance and performance review systems.
Compliance & Policy: Ensure all operations strictly adhere to Kuwait Labour Law and company internal procedures, while assisting in the development of new HR policies.
Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, handle onboarding inductions, and support training needs analysis.
Logistical Support: Coordinate essential documentation for visas, residency renewals, and official government paperwork, alongside managing staff travel arrangements.
Requirements
Gender & Nationality: Female candidates of Arab Nationality only.
Location: Currently residing in Kuwait (Local Hiring Only).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in HR with a solid understanding of Kuwait Labour Law.
Languages: Proficiency in both Arabic and English communication.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office and HR systems; a valid Driving License is required.
Preferred: HR certifications such as SHRM or CIPD are a significant advantage.

- 2. خبرة في قوانين تنظيم الاستيراد في الكويت مع التركيز على فئة السلع الخاضعة للرقابة الحكومية وغير الخاضعة للرقابة الحكومية
- 3. معرفة جميع قوانين تنظيم التصدير والاستيراد والامتثال لها فيما يتعلق بالشحن والخدمات اللوجستية في جميع أنحاء منطقة دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي
- 4. ترتيب نقل الشحنات الفردية والمجمعة، بما في ذلك اختيار شركات النقل، والتفاوض على الأسعار، وإعداد وثائق الشحن.
- 5. التحقق من جميع نفقات الاستيراد وتجميعها بما في ذلك الشحن والرسوم الجمركية والتعريفات الحكومية ورسوم التأمين لجميع أنشطة الشحن
- 6. حل أي مشاكل أو تأخيرات قد تنشأ أثناء عمليات التخليص المحلية مثل تأخيرات التخليص الجمركي أو مشاكل الناقل

التوظيف والتعيين: إدارة دورة استقطاب المواهب كاملة، من نشر الإعلانات على المنصات ووسائل التواصل إلى البحث، والفرز، وإجراء التوجيه للموظفين الجدد.
الإدارة الإدارية للموارد البشرية: الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة للموظفين (ورقية ورقمية)، وصياغة العقود والشهادات الرسمية، وإدارة أنظمة الحضور وتقييم الأداء.
الامتثال والسياسات: ضمان التزام كافة العمليات بـ قانون العمل الكويتي والإجراءات الداخلية للشركة، مع المساعدة في تطوير سياسات الموارد البشرية.
دعم الموظفين: العمل كنقطة اتصال أساسية لاستفسارات الموظفين، وإجراء برامج تعريفية للمنضمين جدد، ودعم تنسيق الاحتياجات التدريبية.
الدعم اللوجستي: تنسيق الوثائق الضرورية للتأشيرات (الفيزا)، وتجديد الإقامات، والأوراق الرسمية، بالإضافة إلى إدارة ترتيبات سفر الموظفين.
المتطلبات
الجنس والجنسية: للإناث فقط من الجنسيات العربية.
الموقع: مقيمة حالياً داخل الكويت (توظيف محلي فقط).
المؤهل العلمي: درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية، إدارة الأعمال، أو تخصص ذي صلة.
الخبرة: من 2 إلى 5 سنوات من الخبرة المثبتة في الموارد البشرية مع فهم عميق لـ قانون العمل الكويتي.
اللغات: مهارات تواصل قوية باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
المهارات التقنية: إتقان برامج MS Office وأنظمة الموارد البشرية، وضرورة امتلاك رخصة قيادة سارية.
أفضلية: الشهادات المهنية مثل SHRM أو CIPD تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
