Responsibilities
Chef Role: Lead the creation of premium chocolates and pastries, ensuring consistency in taste and artistic presentation.

Quality Control: Oversee the selection of ingredients and monitor the final output to maintain the shop's reputation.

Requirements
Chocolate & Pastry Chef: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef or Senior Pastry Chef.
Assistant Chef: Previous experience specifically in chocolate or pastry retail stores.
Cultural Knowledge: Deep familiarity and experience in catering to the specific preferences of the Kuwaiti market.
Residency: Local hire only; candidates must be currently in Kuwait with a Transferable Visa.
Experience Level: Only experienced candidates will be considered (No beginners).

ضبط الجودة: الإشراف على اختيار المكونات ومراقبة المنتج النهائي للحفاظ على سمعة المحل.
الابتكار: تطوير وصفات وتصاميم جديدة باستمرار تتماشى مع تطور ذوق المجتمع الكويتي.
المتطلبات
شيف الشوكولاتة: خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات كشيف معجنات أو شيف أول.
مساعد الشيف: خبرة سابقة محددة في محلات بيع الشوكولاتة والمعجنات.
المعرفة الثقافية: خبرة عميقة ودراية واسعة بالذوق الكويتي وما يفضله العملاء محلياً.
الإقامة: توظيف محلي فقط؛ يجب أن يكون المتقدم داخل الكويت ويحمل إقامة قابلة للتحويل.
مستوى الخبرة: سيتم النظر في المرشحين ذوي الخبرة فقط (لا نقبل المبتدئين).
