Chief Accountant

- We are looking for a Chief Accountant with hands-on hotel accounting experience who will work closely with the Finance team and operational departments to support smooth financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance and strong internal controls.

Human Resources Manager
Location: Arabella Beach Hotel, Vignette Collection (IHG), Kuwait
Responsibilities
Strategy & Culture: Drive the hotel’s people culture, ensuring it aligns with IHG’s global standards and the unique identity of the Vignette Collection.
Learning & Development: Lead comprehensive training initiatives to uphold luxury service excellence and ensure all team members achieve peak performance.
Standards Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Kuwaiti Labor Law and internal HR policies, maintaining the highest levels of professional integrity.
Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, performance appraisals, and employee engagement strategies within the luxury hospitality framework.
Service Excellence: Act as a key driver for guest-centric service standards by mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
Requirements
Experience: Proven background as an HR Manager, specifically within the luxury hospitality industry.
Specialization: Strong expertise in Learning and Development (L&D) is essential for this role.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills: Exceptional leadership, interpersonal communication, and strategic planning abilities.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of luxury service standards and the ability to drive culture in a high-end environment.
