We are currently seeking qualified and motivated candidates to join our growing retail operations team. Applicants must have previous experience in the retail industry and be bilingual in Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Open Positions:
1. Operations Supervisor
Oversee daily order fulfillment and operational processes
Supervise inventory and delivery activities
Ensure smooth coordination between departments
2. Customer Service Officer
Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp
Manage complaints, refunds, and exchanges
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Ability to handle orders via Shopify
3. Inventory Controller
Ensure stock accuracy and proper receiving of goods
Perform stock reconciliation and reporting
Monitor inventory movement and discrepancies
4. Logistics & Shipping Coordinator
Coordinate supplier shipments
Manage inbound and outbound deliveries
Liaise with courier companies and track shipments
Requirements:
Proven experience in the retail industry
Fluent in Arabic and English (must be able to read, write, and speak both)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Team player with attention to detail

1. مشرف عمليات
الإشراف على تنفيذ الطلبات اليومية والعمليات التشغيلية
متابعة المخزون وأنشطة التسليم
ضمان التنسيق السلس بين الأقسام
2. موظف خدمة العملاء
التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء عبر WhatsApp
إدارة الشكاوى، الاسترجاعات، والتبادلات
ضمان مستوى عالٍ من رضا العملاء
القدرة على التعامل مع الطلبات عبر Shopify
3. مراقب مخزون
التأكد من دقة المخزون واستلام البضائع بشكل صحيح
إجراء تسويات المخزون وإعداد التقارير
متابعة حركة المخزون والفروقات
4. منسق لوجستيات وشحن
تنسيق شحنات الموردين
إدارة عمليات التسليم الواردة والصادرة
التواصل مع شركات الشحن وتتبع الشحنات
المهارات والمتطلبات العامة:
خبرة مثبتة في قطاع التجزئة
إجادة العربية والإنجليزية
مهارات تنظيمية واتصال قوية
القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية
