HVAC Supervisor
Overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
Scheduling and supervising HVAC technicians and ensuring they follow proper procedures
Assisting with the design and planning of HVAC projects
Monitoring and maintaining inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
Coordinating with clients and other contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Providing technical guidance and support to HVAC technicians
Performing regular maintenance and performance checks on HVAC systems
Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC problems
Keeping accurate records and documentation of HVAC maintenance and repair activities.
Skills
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Proficiency in installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards
Good leadership and interpersonal skills for managing a team of HVAC technicians
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients and other contractors
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of relevant software, such as computer-aided design (CAD) programs
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Physical dexterity and ability to work in confined spaces.
