Call Center Operator
We are searching for an A Call Center Representative, or Call
Center Agent, takes calls from customers answering questions or addressing any
concerns they may have. Their duties include handling many inbound and outbound
calls to and from customers, listening to customers needs or issues and
providing helpful solutions to their problems.

kinds of yachts and equipped with high quality personnel and equipment.
Requirements:
- Kuwaiti Nationality
- Excellent communication skills to deal with customers (preferably both Arabic and English)
- Previous work experience minimum 1 year in the same field
- High School or Above.

- Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations
- Background with cashier tasks
- Ability to gauge customers’ preferences
- Serve beverages and prepared fast food (cookies, pastries& muffins)
