Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within food production or hospitality

• Strong leadership and organizational abilities

• Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards

• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines

• Proficient in MS Office and production management software

• Transferable visa (Article 18)

• Candidates must be based in Kuwait

Responsibilities

✔️ Plan, organize, and control production schedules to meet demand
✔️ Supervise all production sections: bakery, hot kitchen, cold kitchen, sweets, etc.
✔️ Ensure operational efficiency and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety
✔️ Coordinate with Supply Chain, Quality Control, and HR for smooth workflow
✔️ Monitor staff performance and optimize manpower allocation
✔️ Analyze production data, control costs, and report KPIs
✔️ Support new product launches and implement SOPs effectively

• إجادة برامج MS Office وأنظمة إدارة الإنتاج

• يجب أن يكون المرشح مقيمًا في الكويت

المهام

✔️ تخطيط وتنظيم وجدولة الإنتاج لتلبية الطلبات
✔️ الإشراف على جميع أقسام الإنتاج: المخبوزات، المطبخ الساخن، المطبخ البارد، الحلويات وغيرها
✔️ ضمان الكفاءة التشغيلية والحفاظ على معايير النظافة والسلامة العالية
✔️ التنسيق مع إدارة سلسلة التوريد، مراقبة الجودة، والموارد البشرية لضمان سير العمل
✔️ مراقبة أداء الموظفين وتحسين توزيع القوى العاملة
✔️ تحليل بيانات الإنتاج، ضبط التكاليف، وتقديم تقارير مؤشرات الأداء
✔️ دعم إطلاق المنتجات الجديدة وتطبيق إجراءات التشغيل القياسية بفعالية
