We are looking for a Salad Assistant Chef to join our kitchen team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble a variety of fresh salads according to recipes and standards
• Wash, cut, and organize vegetables and ingredients
• Ensure consistency in presentation and portion sizes
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area
• Assist the kitchen team when required

Requirements & Skills:

• Previous experience in salad preparation or kitchen assistance
• Good knife skills and speed in food preparation
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team player with a positive attitude

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a restaurant, catering, or central kitchen is preferred
