Project Manager – MEW Projects | Kuwait

Company: Khalid Ali Al Kharafi & Bros. Co.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Ministry of Electricity & Water (MEW) projects to lead execution and ensure successful delivery in line with contractual and technical requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Civil preferred)
• Minimum 15 years of project management experience in construction or infrastructure projects
• Proven experience in MEW projects in Kuwait
• Must hold relevant MEW approvals (if applicable)
• Strong project execution and stakeholder management experience
• Fluency in Arabic and English preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project execution from planning to completion
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and government authorities
• Ensure compliance with MEW standards and regulations
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Lead project teams and subcontractors
• Ensure quality, safety, and contractual compliance
• Report project progress to senior management

وظيفة مدير مشروع – مشاريع وزارة الكهرباء والماء | الكويت

الوصف الوظيفي:

نبحث عن مدير مشروع ذو خبرة واسعة في مشاريع وزارة الكهرباء والماء (MEW) لقيادة تنفيذ المشاريع وضمان نجاح التسليم وفق المتطلبات التعاقدية والفنية.

المتطلبات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (يفضل كهرباء أو مدني)
• خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة في إدارة المشاريع في قطاع البناء أو البنية التحتية
• خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع وزارة الكهرباء والماء في الكويت
• الحصول على الاعتمادات المطلوبة من وزارة الكهرباء والماء (إن وجدت)
• خبرة قوية في تنفيذ المشاريع وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة
• إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية (يفضل)
• مهارات قيادية واتصال ممتازة

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• إدارة تنفيذ المشاريع من التخطيط حتى الإنجاز
• التنسيق مع العملاء والمستشارين والجهات الحكومية
• ضمان الالتزام بمعايير وزارة الكهرباء والماء واللوائح
• متابعة جداول المشاريع والميزانيات والموارد
• قيادة فرق المشروع والمقاولين الفرعيين
• ضمان الجودة والسلامة والالتزام التعاقدي
• رفع تقارير تقدم المشروع للإدارة العليا
