About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Sales Operations Officer to join our dynamic CRM and Aftersales team. You’ll be the vital link between customers, the projects department, and our site teams — ensuring every project runs smoothly from handover to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure each customer/project file is complete and ready for scheduling and execution
• Act as the first point of contact for customers once the project is transferred to our department
• Communicate project transfer status, appointment range, exact execution dates, and daily follow-ups with site teams
• Send and receive project schedules between Sales Operations and Projects departments
• Inform customers about scheduled execution dates and reconfirm exact dates 48 hours prior
• Monitor and follow up on daily site activities with supervisors
• Handle and resolve site obstacles through professional communication with customers
• Track and update project schedules in coordination with the projects coordinator
• Collect feedback from salesmen on critical projects and coordinate special execution dates with projects department

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and daily reporting tools
• Knowledge of contracting, finishing, and paints industry processes
• Strong follow-up and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• High level of patience, tolerance, and problem-solving ability
• Familiarity with AI tools for reporting, data analysis, or workflow optimization is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

عن الدور:

نبحث عن مسؤول عمليات مبيعات نشيط ومنظم للانضمام إلى فريق CRM وما بعد البيع. ستكون حلقة الوصل بين العملاء وقسم المشاريع والفرق الميدانية، لضمان سير كل مشروع بسلاسة من التسليم حتى اللمسة الأخيرة.

المهام الوظيفية:

• التأكد من اكتمال كل ملف مشروع/عميل وجاهزيته للجدولة والتنفيذ
• أن تكون نقطة الاتصال الأولى للعملاء بعد نقل المشروع لقسمنا
• التواصل بوضوح مع العملاء حول حالة نقل المشروع، نطاق المواعيد، وتاريخ التنفيذ الفعلي، بالإضافة للمتابعات اليومية وتحديثات سير الموقع
• إرسال واستلام جداول المشاريع بين قسم عمليات المبيعات وقسم المشاريع
• إعلام العملاء بتاريخ التنفيذ وإعادة التأكيد قبل 48 ساعة من التنفيذ
• متابعة الأنشطة اليومية للموقع مع المشرفين
• التعامل مع أي عقبات في الموقع من خلال التواصل الفعال مع العملاء
• تتبع وتحديث جداول المشاريع بالتنسيق مع منسق المشاريع
• جمع الملاحظات من فريق المبيعات عن المشاريع الحرجة وتنسيق مواعيد التنفيذ الخاصة مع قسم المشاريع

المؤهلات والمهارات:

• إجادة Microsoft Excel وأدوات التقارير اليومية
• معرفة بعمليات التعاقد، التشطيب، وصناعة الدهانات
• مهارات متابعة واتصال قوية
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة مشاريع متعددة
• صبر، تسامح، ومهارات حل المشكلات
• معرفة بأدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي للتحليل أو تحسين سير العمل تعتبر ميزة
• القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الحركة
