Position 1: UAT Tester

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive UAT Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will validate business requirements, execute test cases, and ensure the quality of deliverables before production deployment. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience in automation testing, and preferably a background in the telecom industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and prepare UAT test documents.
• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to validate system functionality and user experience.
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring timely resolution.
• Perform regression testing and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Provide clear and concise test reports and sign-off for UAT completion.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in automation testing (using tools like UiPath, Selenium, UFT, or similar).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect management processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in web applications is a must.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in telecom domain (billing systems, CRM, OSS/BSS).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence.
• Knowledge of SQL for data validation.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

KPIs & Performance Metrics:

• Test Coverage: Achieve 95% coverage of business requirements in UAT test cases.
• Defect Detection Rate: Identify 90% of critical defects before production release.
• Automation Efficiency: Automate at least 60% of regression test cases within agreed timelines.
• Defect Leakage: Maintain less than 2% defect leakage post-UAT into production.
• Timely Execution: Complete UAT cycles within agreed project timelines (e.g., 95% on-time delivery).
• Documentation Quality: Ensure 100% compliance with test documentation standards (test plans, reports).
• Stakeholder Satisfaction: Achieve >90% satisfaction score from business users and project managers.
• Collaboration & Communication: Respond to queries and defect triage within 24 hours.

1. موظف/ـة اختبار قبول المستخدم (UAT Tester)

المهام الوظيفية:

• التعاون مع محللي الأعمال والمطورين وأصحاب المصلحة لفهم المتطلبات وإعداد مستندات اختبار UAT.
• تصميم وتطوير وتنفيذ اختبارات يدوية وآلية للتحقق من وظائف النظام وتجربة المستخدم.
• تحديد وتوثيق وتتبع العيوب باستخدام الأدوات المناسبة وضمان حلها في الوقت المناسب.
• أداء اختبارات الانحدار وضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة.
• تقديم تقارير اختبار واضحة وموجزة والحصول على توقيع الانتهاء من UAT.
• العمل بشكل وثيق مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف لضمان تسليم المشاريع بسلاسة.

المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة:

• 2–5 سنوات خبرة في اختبار قبول المستخدم (UAT).
• سنتان كحد أدنى في الاختبارات الآلية (مثل UiPath, Selenium, UFT أو ما شابه).
• فهم قوي لدورة حياة تطوير البرمجيات SDLC، واختبار STLC، وإدارة العيوب.
• مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات واتصال ممتازة.
• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإدارة أولويات متعددة.
• خبرة في تطبيقات الويب.
• إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية.

المؤهلات المفضلة:

• خبرة في قطاع الاتصالات (أنظمة الفوترة، CRM، OSS/BSS).
• معرفة بمنهجيات Agile وأدوات مثل JIRA و Confluence.
• معرفة بـ SQL للتحقق من البيانات.

التعليم:

درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة الكمبيوتر أو علوم الكمبيوتر أو تقنية المعلومات أو ما يعادلها.

مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs):

• تغطية الاختبارات: تحقيق 95% من تغطية متطلبات الأعمال في اختبارات UAT.
• معدل اكتشاف العيوب: تحديد 90% من العيوب الحرجة قبل إطلاق الإنتاج.
• كفاءة الاختبارات الآلية: أتمتة 60% على الأقل من اختبارات الانحدار ضمن الجدول الزمني المتفق عليه.
• تسرب العيوب: الحفاظ على أقل من 2% من العيوب بعد UAT في الإنتاج.
• التنفيذ في الوقت المحدد: إكمال دورات UAT ضمن الجدول الزمني المتفق عليه (مثال: 95% تسليم في الوقت المحدد).
• جودة الوثائق: ضمان الالتزام بنسبة 100% بمعايير مستندات الاختبارات (خطط وتقارير الاختبار).
• رضا أصحاب المصلحة: تحقيق >90% درجة رضا المستخدمين ومديري المشاريع.
• التعاون والاتصال: الرد على الاستفسارات وتقييم العيوب خلال 24 ساعة.
