Telecom Engineer – Multinational Organization, Kuwait

We are hiring a Telecom Engineer for a multinational leading organization in Kuwait.

Responsibilities:

• Commissioning and Integration for Huawei/Ericsson/Nokia 2G, 3G, 4G & 5G wireless equipment
• Commissioning and Integration for Huawei/Ericsson/Nokia MW Link
• DC Power System (Rectifier) installation, alarm patching, and testing
• Coordination with customers and project managers
• Conducting VSWR sweep tests and alarm troubleshooting
• Acceptance visits with vendor/operator representatives
• PAT document checking and verification
• Site quality checks before PAT
• Preparing required documentation for PAT folder
• Making trackers and reports according to client requirements
• Documentation arrangement & preparation (Installation Quality Document)
• Sites quality and standards assurance
• Team management and coordination with different implementation teams
• Maintaining relationships with customer engineers to ensure technical performance meets design and implementation standards
• MW transmission survey (LOS)
• Site documentation (TSSR/FSSR) and BOQ preparation
• Attending acceptance visits for new sites
• Attend OIL Clearance PAT

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Telecommunication / Electrical Engineering
• Kuwait Society of Engineering Card
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Immediate joiners only
• Indian or Pakistani nationality
• Local Kuwait transferable resident visa (#18) only

مطلوب: مهندس اتصالات – Telecom Engineer

المهام الوظيفية:

• تركيب وتشغيل ودمج معدات Huawei/Ericsson/Nokia 2G, 3G, 4G & 5G
• تركيب وتشغيل ودمج روابط MW Link من Huawei/Ericsson/Nokia
• تركيب أنظمة الطاقة DC (Rectifier) واختبار الإنذارات
• التنسيق مع العملاء ومديري المشاريع
• إجراء اختبارات VSWR وحل مشاكل الإنذارات
• زيارات الاستلام مع ممثلي البائع/المشغل
• التحقق من مستندات PAT وإعدادها
• ضمان جودة المواقع والمعايير
• إدارة الفرق والتنسيق مع فرق التنفيذ المختلفة
• الحفاظ على علاقات جيدة مع مهندسي العملاء لضمان توافق الأداء الفني مع التصميم والتنفيذ
• إعداد مستندات الموقع (TSSR/FSSR) وجداول الكميات (BOQ)
• حضور زيارات الاستلام للمواقع الجديدة وحصول على موافقة OIL Clearance PAT

المتطلبات:

• بكالوريوس هندسة في الاتصالات أو الكهرباء
• بطاقة جمعية المهندسين الكويتية
• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في نفس المجال
• جاهزية للانضمام الفوري
• الجنسية: هندي أو باكستاني فقط
• إقامة قابلة للتحويل محلية رقم 18
