Required: Pastry Chef (Desserts & Canapé Specialist)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Chef specialized in Desserts and Canapé to join our team.

Location: Kuwait (Applicants must be currently inside Kuwait)

Residency: Transferable residency required

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present a wide variety of desserts and Canapé with high quality and consistency
• Develop new dessert recipes and improve existing menu items
• Ensure proper preparation, baking, and decoration techniques
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
• Monitor ingredient stock levels and coordinate with purchasing when needed
• Ensure attractive presentation and consistency in taste and portion control
• Work efficiently under pressure during peak hours

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef specializing in desserts and kanafeh
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and dessert preparation
• Experience working in restaurants, bakeries, or catering kitchens
• Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
• Creativity and attention to detail in dessert presentation
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Good command of English language (Arabic is a plus)

المهام الوظيفية:

• إعداد وتقديم مجموعة متنوعة من الحلويات والكانابي بجودة واتساق عالي
• تطوير وصفات جديدة وتحسين العناصر القائمة في القائمة
• ضمان تطبيق تقنيات التحضير والخبز والتزيين الصحيحة
• الحفاظ على معايير النظافة وسلامة الغذاء
• متابعة مستويات المخزون والتنسيق مع قسم المشتريات عند الحاجة
• ضمان تقديم جذاب واتباع معايير الطعم وحجم الحصص
• العمل بكفاءة تحت الضغط خلال ساعات الذروة

المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة:

• خبرة مثبتة كشيف حلويات متخصص في الحلويات والكنافة
• معرفة قوية بتقنيات الخبز وتحضير الحلويات
• خبرة في العمل بالمطاعم أو المخابز أو مطابخ التموين
• القدرة على إدارة الوقت والعمل في بيئة سريعة الحركة
• الإبداع والانتباه للتفاصيل في تقديم الحلويات
• مهارات جيدة في العمل الجماعي والتواصل
• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (العربية ميزة إضافية)
