Job Responsibilities:

• Create and arrange flower bouquets and floral designs professionally
• Select appropriate flowers and color combinations based on customer preferences and occasions
• Ensure proper care, freshness, and quality of flowers
• Handle customer orders accurately and complete them on time
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop/work area
• Provide friendly and professional customer service

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Florist is preferred
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of design and aesthetics
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication skills and professional appearance

المهام الوظيفية:

• إنشاء وتنسيق باقات الزهور وتصاميمها بشكل احترافي
• اختيار الزهور والتنسيقات اللونية المناسبة وفق تفضيلات العملاء والمناسبات
• الحفاظ على جودة وطزاجة الزهور
• التعامل مع طلبات العملاء بدقة وإتمامها في الوقت المحدد
• الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب المحل أو مكان العمل
• تقديم خدمة عملاء ودية واحترافية

المتطلبات والمؤهلات:

• خبرة سابقة كبائع زهور مفضلة
• ذوق إبداعي وحس تصميمي قوي
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية
• الانتباه للتفاصيل والالتزام بالجودة
• مهارات اتصال جيدة ومظهر احترافي
