Equipment Division Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in equipment and vehicle management or related roles.
- Strong understanding of equipment types, capabilities, fleet schedules, and maintenance requirements.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of equipment personnel.
- Must have valid transferrable residency in Kuwait.
Medic (Site)
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in nursing or a medical-related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a site setting.
- Valid MOH license in Kuwait is preferred.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is preferred.
- Experience in KOC with approval is advantageous.
- Must have valid transferrable residency in Kuwait.
QA/QC Engineer
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and implementing quality plans that outline objectives, inspection requirements, and acceptance criteria based on project specifications and industry standards.
- Work with the project team to develop quality control plans, inspection procedures, and assurance protocols.
- Participate in QA audits and reviews to ensure compliance with project and quality management requirements.
- Ensure construction activities meet relevant quality standards and regulations.
- Implement QC measures to monitor the quality of work by subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams.
- Conduct inspections and tests to verify materials and workmanship against established standards.
- Identify, document, and report any non-conformances or quality deficiencies.
- Investigate root causes of issues and help implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor the quality performance of subcontractors and suppliers through inspections and audits.
- Provide technical support to ensure compliance with project quality requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of QA/QC activities, including inspection reports and corrective actions.
- Prepare regular QA/QC status reports for stakeholders and management.
- Communicate QA/QC requirements and findings to project teams and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project management and project team to resolve quality issues promptly.
- Identify opportunities and participate in lessons learned sessions for process improvements in QA/QC activities.
Draughtsman (Civil)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in civil engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a draughtsman, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar platforms.
- Strong technical drawing skills, with the ability to create accurate and detailed drawings from design concepts and specifications.
- Experience in KOC is advantageous.
- Must have valid transferrable residency in Kuwait.
Planning Engineer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project planning or a related role.
- Proficiency in planning software and tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Excel, SAP).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experienced in KNPC, KIPIC, KOC projects with an approval is a plus.
- Must have valid transferrable residency in Kuwait.
