Civil Engineer – Join a Multinational Leader in Infrastructure

Are you a skilled Civil Engineer ready to contribute to high-impact projects in a multinational environment? If you're driven, detail-oriented, and collaborative — we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Conduct site surveys to assess space and power availability.
Submit site layouts to consultants for design preparation.
Coordinate the submission of designs to procurement for tower fabrication.
Maintain direct communication with customers and the Implementation Manager.
Collaborate technically with customers regarding design components.
Coordinate implementation activities with customers.
Conduct kickoff site visits and provide progress updates.
Prepare and submit acceptance folders (PAT).
Regularly visit contractor sites to monitor progress and compliance.
Guide contractors on customer design standards.
Ensure site quality before final acceptance.
Submit all necessary documentation for acceptance (PAT).↚
Develop trackers and reports aligned with client requirements.
Arrange access for site implementation.
Assure adherence to quality and standards across sites.
Manage and coordinate various implementation teams.
Maintain strong relationships with customer engineers to align technical outputs with expectations.
Attend acceptance visits for newly completed sites.
Coordinate snag resolution and final site readiness.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Valid Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE) card.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (telecom experience is a plus).
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Positive attitude and excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to join immediately.↚
Must hold a transferable Article 18 visa.
