Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field

• 3-4 years of experience in HSE roles (preferably telecom, oil & gas, or K-Companies)

• Mandatory certifications such as NEBOSH-IGC and IOSH

• Strong understanding of Kuwait HSE standards and legal requirements

• Excellent communication and training skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental laws and guidelines

• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits

• Investigate incidents and implement preventive measures

• Provide HSE induction and training for employees and contractors

• Develop emergency response plans and conduct drills

• Maintain accurate records and reports

• Participate actively in HSE meetings and continuous improvement efforts

• Monitor environmental management and pollution control
