Lead Infrastructure Engineer - Wet Utilities   

About the Role 

• The Lead Infrastructure Engineer, Wet Utilities is the primary “Architect” of the road design and creates the overall road alignments, dimensions, and Right of Way (ROW). This Lead Engineer will create the container envelop for all other infrastructure services to run within the road service corridors and ROW.
• In addition, he/she will be responsible for creating the road profiles and grading that determine the slope and design parameters for the other gravity services and interfaces with adjacent buildings and spaces.
• In a Lead Engineer role, he/she will provide expert advice and leadership to a team of roads and wet utilities engineers to deliver complex projects under Company Digital Delivery process. He/she will also set out the authority approvals strategy and engage with authority reviewing engineers.

BIM Manager  

 About the Role 

• The Senior Digital Delivery Coordinator (SDDC) / BIM Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and enforcement of digital delivery and BIM standards, workflows, and best practices across the Structure department, ensuring consistency in all BIM projects, files, models, and departmental processes. 
• The SDDC works closely with the Digital Delivery Department, IT, and the Director of Structure Department, facilitating collaboration across teams to oversee both local and international projects.
•  They directly report to their department's Director and indirectly report through a technical stream to the Director of the Digital Delivery Department. 
• The SDDC collaborates with the Structure team to drive the adoption of digital standards, workflows, and information management strategies across the department. 
• Working closely with department Digital Delivery Coordinators (DDCs), the SDDC ensures alignment with company objectives and industry best practices. 

• This role oversees BIM processes across the department, ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 and supporting consistent, high-quality project delivery. 
• Works with the Digital Delivery Department and IT to maintain a robust digital infrastructure, including essential software and hardware, to support efficient project execution and data management.
•  Provides guidance, training, and support in digital tools, BIM standards, and workflows, fostering knowledge growth and ensuring high performance in digital skills.

HSE Engineer 

 What you will be doing 

• Assist Pace Project Director/Resident Engineer with the day-to-day HSSE operations of Pace team.
• Assist with client with all aspects of project HSSE.
• Confirm all incidents are investigated thoroughly with determination of the correct root causes and corrective and preventative actions.
• Drive continuous improvement via regular HSSE inspections and trend analysis to better enable Pace to meet its legal and contractual requirements.
• Escalation of noncompliance with sites HSSE program in accordance with contract documents, and all other related requirements, i.e., SVN, correspondence, etc.

Infrastructure Engineer

 What you will be doing 

• Address client and consultant feedback on designs and ensure timely revisions.
• Analyze traffic flow and geometric layouts to ensure safety, functionality, and efficiency.
• Apply innovative engineering solutions to enhance cost-effectiveness, sustainability, and performance of road designs.
• Collaborate with CAD and BIM teams to prepare high-quality drawings, plans, and detailed design packages.

حول الدور 

• مهندس البنية التحتية الرئيسي في شركة ويت يوتيليتيز هو المهندس المعماري الرئيسي لتصميم الطريق، ويضع محاذاة الطريق وأبعاده وحق المرور. وسيُنشئ هذا المهندس الرئيسي غلافًا حاوياتيًا لجميع خدمات البنية التحتية الأخرى التي ستُشغّل ضمن ممرات خدمات الطرق وحق المرور.
• بالإضافة إلى ذلك، سيكون مسؤولاً عن إنشاء ملفات تعريف الطرق والتصنيف التي تحدد المنحدر ومعايير التصميم لخدمات الجاذبية الأخرى والواجهات مع المباني والمساحات المجاورة.

• منسق التسليم الرقمي الأول (SDDC) / مدير BIM مسؤول عن تطوير وتنفيذ وإنفاذ معايير التسليم الرقمي ومعايير BIM وسير العمل وأفضل الممارسات في جميع أنحاء قسم الهيكل، وضمان الاتساق في جميع مشاريع BIM والملفات والنماذج والعمليات الإدارية. 
• يتعاون مركز تطوير البرمجيات الرقمية بشكل وثيق مع قسم التسليم الرقمي وتكنولوجيا المعلومات ومدير قسم الهيكل، مما يسهل التعاون بين الفرق للإشراف على المشاريع المحلية والدولية.
•  إنهم يقدمون تقاريرهم بشكل مباشر إلى مدير قسمهم ويقدمون تقاريرهم بشكل غير مباشر من خلال تيار فني إلى مدير إدارة التسليم الرقمي. 
• يتعاون مركز تطوير البرمجيات الرقمية مع فريق الهيكل لتعزيز اعتماد المعايير الرقمية وسير العمل واستراتيجيات إدارة المعلومات في جميع أنحاء القسم. 
• من خلال العمل بشكل وثيق مع منسقي التسليم الرقمي في الأقسام (DDCs)، يضمن منسق التسليم الرقمي التوافق مع أهداف الشركة وأفضل ممارسات الصناعة. 

• يشرف هذا الدور على عمليات BIM في جميع أنحاء القسم، وضمان الامتثال لمعيار ISO 19650 ودعم تسليم المشروع بشكل متسق وعالي الجودة.

• مساعدة مدير مشروع Pace/المهندس المقيم في عمليات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة اليومية لفريق Pace.
• مساعدة العميل في جميع جوانب مشروع الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
• التأكد من التحقيق في جميع الحوادث بدقة مع تحديد الأسباب الجذرية الصحيحة والإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
• تعزيز التحسين المستمر من خلال عمليات التفتيش المنتظمة للصحة والسلامة والبيئة وتحليل الاتجاهات لتمكين Pace من تلبية متطلباتها القانونية والعقدية بشكل أفضل.
• تصعيد عدم الامتثال لبرنامج الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في المواقع وفقًا لوثائق العقد، وجميع المتطلبات الأخرى ذات الصلة، أي SVN، والمراسلات، وما إلى ذلك.
