Student Intern

Job description

• Work in field jobs for a minimum of 14 days.
• Learn about the oil and gas industry.
• Follow prescribed internship guidelines for each week as closely as possible. Note: While the opportunity for technically-trained professionals is large, these jobs are unique in their scope and responsibility and require a special kind of individual to succeed. The internship will enable the candidate and Schlumberger determine if these requirements are met before committing to a full time job.

Process Engineer

Job description

• Provides direction in engineering design and technical scope.
• Defines and manages discipline engineering requirements, input, workflow, work practices and deliverables such as to manage expectation and achieve optimal results. 
• Identifies and manages interfaces with other disciplines and inputs into higher level plans and reports.
• Identifies, quantifies, tracks, reports, and ensures mitigation of technical risk.
• Provides discipline expertise and input on scoping, engineering feasibility studies, concepts and schemes.
• Performs engineering design, calculations and prepares technical documents and specifications.
• Prepares engineering documents/drawings/specifications/datasheets and compiles technical dossiers.

AL Field Specialist

He should be able to lead a team to deliver high standard safe operation of:

• HPS and Booster pump Skid setup include Installation and Commissioning:
• Pre-Commissioning Checks and validation for Client civil and piping work.
• Pre-alignment checks 
• HPS Skid Leveling, anchoring and alignment.
• Surface Equipment (PST+ VSD +SUT) installation and Commissioning.
• Have solid Experience with different types of High KVA VSD Manufacture (TRIOL-TOSHIBA-BAKER) and related automation equipment.
• Instrumentation devices connection, Calibration and configuration setting.
• Following up Pump performance and vibration analysis after successful Commissioning.
• HPS and Booster pump Skid Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
• Performs trouble shooting and failure analysis with recommendations to improve reliability.
• Follow and execute Skid OEM PM plan.
• Perform smooth replacing of critical Failed parts (Pump, TC and Mechanical seal).
• Monitoring and managing equipment spare parts to achieve smooth operation.

مهندس عمليات

المسمى الوظيفي

• يقدم التوجيه في التصميم الهندسي والنطاق الفني.
• يقوم بتحديد وإدارة متطلبات هندسة التخصص والمدخلات وسير العمل وممارسات العمل والمنتجات النهائية مثل إدارة التوقعات وتحقيق النتائج المثلى. 
• يقوم بتحديد وإدارة الواجهات مع التخصصات الأخرى والمدخلات في الخطط والتقارير ذات المستوى الأعلى.
• يقوم بتحديد المخاطر الفنية وقياسها وتتبعها وإعداد التقارير عنها وضمان التخفيف منها.
• توفير الخبرة التخصصية والمدخلات بشأن نطاق الدراسات ودراسات الجدوى الهندسية والمفاهيم والمخططات.
• يقوم بإجراء التصميم الهندسي والحسابات وإعداد الوثائق الفنية والمواصفات.
• إعداد الوثائق الهندسية / الرسومات / المواصفات / أوراق البيانات وتجميع الملفات الفنية.

أخصائي ميداني في AL

يجب أن يكون قادرًا على قيادة فريق لتقديم تشغيل آمن عالي المستوى لـ:

• يتضمن إعداد مضخة HPS ومضخة التعزيز التثبيت والتشغيل:
• فحوصات ما قبل التشغيل والتحقق من صحة أعمال المدنية والأنابيب الخاصة بالعميل.
• فحوصات ما قبل المحاذاة 
• تسوية الانزلاق والتثبيت والمحاذاة باستخدام HPS.
• تركيب وتشغيل المعدات السطحية (PST+ VSD +SUT).
• لديك خبرة قوية مع أنواع مختلفة من تصنيع VSD عالي KVA (TRIOL-TOSHIBA-BAKER) ومعدات الأتمتة ذات الصلة.
• توصيل أجهزة القياس، وإعداد المعايرة والتكوين.
• متابعة أداء المضخة وتحليل الاهتزاز بعد التشغيل الناجح.
• صيانة واستكشاف أخطاء منزلق مضخة الدفع العالي (HPS) ومضخة التعزيز:
• يقوم باستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وتحليل الأعطال مع تقديم توصيات لتحسين الموثوقية.
• اتبع ونفذ خطة Skid OEM PM.
• أداء استبدال سلس للأجزاء الفاشلة الحرجة (المضخة، TC والختم الميكانيكي).
• مراقبة وإدارة قطع غيار المعدات لتحقيق التشغيل السلس.
