Assistant Officer - Credit & Collection

Responsibilities

• Perform credit and collection analysis on a daily basis and prepare reports as required by the management
• Identify areas in Credit & Collection policy & processes for improvements in accordance with customer needs and company’s requirements.
• Coordinate with divisional collection teams and directly engage with customers to ensure timely collections.
• Conduct collection calls and/or correspondence in a fast paced goal oriented collections department
• Negotiate suitable payment plans with customers
• Review the bank accounts regularly and account for the direct bank credit collections.
• Inform customers of their overdue invoices and attempt to expedite collection and mitigate company losses/maintain the overdue at the minimum at all times.

Head of Department - Marketing - Al Mulla Electronics

Experience

• Years of Experience: 10 - 15 Years
• Field of Experience : 10+ years of experience in marketing, sales, and business management, preferably in consumer electronics or home appliances industry.
• Prior experience managing marketing, digital marketing, sales, and product management.
• Experience in working with multinational consumer electronics brands (e.g., LG, Samsung, Sony, Panasonic, etc.).
• Demonstrated success in driving brand growth, revenue expansion, and customer engagement.

 

Financial Controller

Responsibilities

• Ensure and assess timely preparation and review of monthly MIS, P/L, BS, KPI and other operational activities including Cash Management, CAPEX & Working Capital Management.
• Strive to improve revenue and profits of all departments by focusing on topline growth as well as scouting for various cost saving initiatives.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting that is compliant with statutory regulations and is free of financial irregularities.
• Prepare monthly budgets and financial statements within timelines.
• Continuously review and recommend changes to policies and procedures to exercise effective financial controls. Ensure compliance with the same by the Operating Management.

المسؤوليات

• إجراء تحليل الائتمان والتحصيل على أساس يومي وإعداد التقارير حسب متطلبات الإدارة
• تحديد المجالات في سياسة الائتمان والتحصيل والعمليات التي تحتاج إلى تحسينات وفقًا لاحتياجات العملاء ومتطلبات الشركة.
• التنسيق مع فرق التحصيل القسمية والتواصل المباشر مع العملاء لضمان عمليات التحصيل في الوقت المناسب.
• إجراء مكالمات التحصيل و/أو المراسلات في قسم تحصيل سريع التوجه نحو الأهداف
• التفاوض على خطط الدفع المناسبة مع العملاء
• قم بمراجعة الحسابات المصرفية بانتظام وتسجيل تحصيلات الائتمان المصرفي المباشرة.
• أبلغ العملاء بفواتيرهم المتأخرة وحاول تسريع تحصيلها وتخفيف خسائر الشركة/الحفاظ على المبلغ المتأخر عند الحد الأدنى في جميع الأوقات.

خبرة

• سنوات الخبرة: 10 - 15 سنة
• مجال الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال التسويق والمبيعات وإدارة الأعمال، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في صناعة الإلكترونيات الاستهلاكية أو الأجهزة المنزلية.
• خبرة سابقة في إدارة التسويق والتسويق الرقمي والمبيعات وإدارة المنتجات.
• خبرة في العمل مع العلامات التجارية المتعددة الجنسيات للإلكترونيات الاستهلاكية (على سبيل المثال، LG، Samsung، Sony، Panasonic، إلخ).
• أثبت نجاحه في دفع نمو العلامة التجارية وتوسيع الإيرادات والتفاعل مع العملاء.

المسؤوليات

• السعي إلى تحسين الإيرادات والأرباح لجميع الأقسام من خلال التركيز على النمو الإجمالي بالإضافة إلى البحث عن مبادرات مختلفة لخفض التكاليف.
• ضمان إعداد التقارير المالية في الوقت المناسب وبدقة، بما يتوافق مع اللوائح القانونية ويخلو من المخالفات المالية.
