Accountant
Details
Your responsibilities will include posting and processing journal entries, updating accounts receivable and payable, issuing invoices, and performing reconciliations. You will assist in preparing financial statements such as balance sheets and income statements, review expenses and payroll records, update financial databases, and prepare weekly and monthly reports. Supporting senior accountants during monthly and yearly closings and contributing to accounting projects will also be part of your role.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
Proficiency with cash register software and POS (Point of Sale) systems.
Familiarity with electronic payment systems and online transactions.
Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Kuwait City is preferred.
Availability to join immediately is an advantage.

ستكون مسؤولاً عن تسجيل ومعالجة قيود اليومية، تحديث حسابات القبض والدفع، إصدار الفواتير، وأداء عمليات التسوية. ستساعد في إعداد البيانات المالية مثل الميزانيات وبيانات الدخل، مراجعة النفقات وسجلات الرواتب، تحديث قواعد البيانات المالية، وإعداد التقارير الأسبوعية والشهرية. كما ستدعم المحاسبين الأوليين خلال الإغلاقات الشهرية والسنوية وتشارك في مشاريع محاسبية أخرى.
الشروط
درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة من 2 إلى 3 سنوات في دور محاسبي مشابه.
إجادة استخدام برامج تسجيل النقود وأنظمة نقاط البيع (POS).
الإلمام بأنظمة الدفع الإلكترونية والمعاملات عبر الإنترنت.
القدرة على التنقل أو الانتقال إلى مدينة الكويت ميزة مفضلة.
القدرة على الانضمام فورًا ميزة إضافية.
