Responsibilities

You will oversee day-to-day accommodation operations in line with Standard Operational Procedures, achieve quality assurance targets, conduct departmental audits, maintain security and ambience, and manage purchasing within budget. Additionally, supporting recruitment, training, appraisals, and team development are key parts of the role. You will foster a positive, inclusive work environment and drive performance with strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in accommodation management or hospitality services.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to maintain high standards of quality and guest care.

• Knowledge of luxury hotel operations and quality assurance programs is a plus.
