المسؤوليات:
- تصميم وتطوير أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء للمشاريع السكنية والتجارية والصناعية.
- إجراء حسابات الأحمال لتحديد متطلبات التدفئة والتبريد المناسبة.
- الإشراف على تركيب وتشغيل أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء، وضمان الامتثال لمعايير الصناعة.

- إعداد وثائق البناء الشاملة، بما في ذلك المواصفات وتفاصيل التثبيت.
- تقديم الدعم الفني والتدريب لأعضاء الفريق على ممارسات BIM في مجال السباكة ومكافحة الحرائق.
منسق اللوجستيات
المسؤوليات:
- تعيين وكلاء الشحن والجمارك والنقل لطلبات الشراء الأجنبية لضمان التسليم في الوقت المناسب.
- متابعة شحنات الطلبات الدولية لتتبع التقدم وحل أي مشاكل قد تنشأ.
- التنسيق مع إدارة المالية لإصدار خطابات الاعتماد للموردين الأجانب وإدارة استلام مستندات الشحن من البنك.
