Data Privacy Executive
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Ensure Legal Compliance & Governance: Oversee stc Kuwait’s data privacy program to ensure alignment with laws like CITRA Bylaw and GDPR, while monitoring regulatory changes and advising leadership on compliance implications.
- Risk Management & Assessments: Conduct DPIAs and privacy risk assessments, manage data breach responses, and evaluate privacy risks related to third-party vendors and contracts.
- Privacy Operations & Processes: Maintain Records of Processing Activities (RoPA), manage Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), and implement “privacy by design and by default” in systems and projects.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Agreements: Work closely with Legal, Compliance, and Business teams on data lifecycle management, data sharing agreements, and enforcement of privacy controls.
- Training & Awareness: Lead employee training on privacy obligations and ensure organization-wide awareness and adoption of data protection measures.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 6 years of relevant Experience.
- Fluent English and Arabic skills (written and spoken) required.

ستشمل مسؤولياتك، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، ما يلي:
- ضمان الامتثال القانوني والحوكمة: الإشراف على برنامج خصوصية البيانات الخاص بشركة stc الكويت لضمان التوافق مع القوانين مثل قانون هيئة الاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات واللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات، مع مراقبة التغييرات التنظيمية وتقديم المشورة للقيادة بشأن آثار الامتثال.
- إدارة المخاطر والتقييمات: إجراء تقييمات تأثير حماية البيانات وتقييمات مخاطر الخصوصية، وإدارة الاستجابات لخرق البيانات، وتقييم مخاطر الخصوصية المتعلقة بالبائعين والجهات الخارجية والعقود.
- عمليات وعمليات الخصوصية: الاحتفاظ بسجلات أنشطة المعالجة (RoPA)، وإدارة طلبات الوصول إلى البيانات (DSARs)، وتنفيذ "الخصوصية من خلال التصميم والافتراضي" في الأنظمة والمشاريع.

- التدريب والتوعية: قيادة تدريب الموظفين بشأن التزامات الخصوصية وضمان الوعي على مستوى المنظمة واعتماد تدابير حماية البيانات.
- درجة البكالوريوس
- - خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
- يشترط إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية (تحدثًا وكتابة).
